FitzGerald was retained to design plans for site improvements, signage, and facade studies for this 180,000 square foot shopping center following the acquisition of the center by new ownership.
Due to limited visibility from nearby roadways, FitzGerald designed new tenant pylon signage for entrances and wayfinding kiosks for pedestrian spaces. Efforts were also made to improve the image of service areas throughout the facility, activate the center oval plaza, and reconfigure six existing monument signs.
FitzGerald also worked closely with the owner to prepare high-quality presentation materials suitable for distribution as the ownership group sought new tenants.
