FitzGerald was retained by Legacy Healthcare to design updates for a portfolio of recently-acquired skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Chicagoland. For The Villa of Evergreen Park skilled nursing and rehab facility, Legacy Healthcare tasked FitzGerald with designing a brand new entrance and comprehensive facade upgrades to the building. FitzGerald also renovated an existing patient lounge into an updated common area with cafe amenities.
