Project
The existing home of the new PNC Bank branch in Lombard, Illinois is a two-year-old structure that used to house another bank’s branch, however there were several modifications and updates necessary to bring the space into line with PNC’s corporate standards for appearance and visitor experience.
FitzGerald coordinated selective interior demolition, provided full architectural services for a new retail interior and designed minor exterior alterations including new drive-up teller machines. To meet PNC’s needs for their branch, the floor plan was reworked to incorporate seven private offices, an employee break room and conference room, and expanded teller line that includes working space for six tellers and their customers.
