The Mayfair Apartments combine the best parts of city and suburban living, while replacing two vacant office buildings just outside Milwaukee. Drawing inspiration from the adjacent urban center, the building features amenities on nearly every level including an expansive courtyard with a pool, cabanas, pickleball courts, firepits, and grilling stations. Throughout the building interior amenities include a two-level fitness area, yoga room, game lounge, pet spa and more. Appealing to residents who work-from-home, the street front business center and lounge has a multitude of workstations, from cozy booths to full-scale private meeting rooms.  

The aesthetic—set by FitzGerald’s interior design team—strikes a balance between organic, locally-inspired materials and crisp, high-contrast urban details. Hand-glazed tiles, textured wallcoverings, and wood panels work together to create a contemporary retreat from the city.
