Legacy Healthcare Corporate Office

FitzGerald was approached by Legacy Healthcare to convert a two-story, 140,000 square foot former industrial and office building in Skokie, Illinois into 70,000 square feet of new corporate headquarters office space and approximately 30,000 square feet of training and amenity space, with the rest of the former warehouse being renovated for future use or additional tenants.

FitzGerald’s interior design team developed a contemporary open office plan with individual workspaces, small group collaboration points, and private conference rooms. A new building entry was designed both inside and out, with an interior lobby featuring the restoration and improvement of a 1950’s deco-style curved staircase as a focal point.
