Corporate HQ Office Expansion

FitzGerald designed the expansion of Guardian’s existing two-story facility to better reflect updated needs of the client, including reconfiguration of some under-utilized spaces into new private and open office areas, conference rooms, and a product display area which can support both client presentations and internal history archive. When completed, the building’s uses will be split between 13,000 square feet of office space and 30,000 square feet of warehouse and logistics.
