FitzGerald led this reposition of a former Holiday Inn to the luxury-brand Crowne Plaza Hotel to serve the needs of a northern Illinois community that is heavily trafficked for golf tournaments and outdoor activities. FitzGerald designed a new port cochere and expansive lobby of timber and stone with mission-style details that give the property an iconic personality and a warm, inviting experience.
