This modern structure was designed to capture the hip, contemporary feel of Chicago’s West loop and occupies a through-block site. A one story parking garage will contain all of the required parking for the project and provide a lavishly landscaped garden on the building’s roof. The owner required that the project be designed so that each of the buildings could be built as market conditions warranted. Classic materials, limestone, brick, glass and painted steel, are rendered in a fresh, and contemporary way.
