Burnham Pointe

FitzGerald was tapped to design this amenity lounge at Burnham Pointe in Chicago’s historic Printers Row. The residential lounge features era-inspired details including millwork and custom graphics designed with the inner-workings of a print shop in mind. The private Club Room has a speakeasy feel with custom paneling on the walls and globe light fixtures to give a nod to the past. This amenity floor renovation also includes a large expansion of their health club including higher ceilings and a skyline view.
