Bradley Place

The single family homes at Bradley Place complete the existing neighborhood by filling in four blocks of unused parking lot to form a link between two groups of older homes. The new homes follow the street grid of the neighborhood with an extension of Bradley Place as a boulevard and new alleys that run behind the houses to provide access to private two and three car garages.
The home lots are intentionally larger than the standard Chicago lot measuring almost 33 feet wide by 125 feet deep. This permits much more gracious floor plans that are easily distinguished from the narrow plans of new homes offered for sale in the area.
Each spacious home contains two stories plus a fully finished basement and has all the amenities that are available in semi-custom suburban housing. The homes have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a luxuriously appointed master bath with walk-in closets. The first floor is dedicated to family living and entertaining with a parlor, formal dining room and huge combined kitchen, breakfast and family room. Extensive customization was accommodated to ensure that each home would meet the needs of its occupants.
