Artis Wilmette

Following the success of Artis’ vertical urban foray at their Lakeview Chicago location, FitzGerald worked with Artis’ development team to design this three-story memory care facility for the Village of Wilmette, one of Chicago’s prestigious North Shore suburbs. The building is designed to fit into the existing character of downtown Wilmette and offers residents comfortable living spaces, dining facilities, and common areas including a second-floor outdoor garden and patio space.
