740 Fulton places the best of the West Loop’s desirable amenities, great dining spots, contemporary galleries, and recreational facilities within walking distance.
The design concept behind the glass, steel and acrylic-coated cast in place concrete facade is reflective of the eclectic neighborhoods that surround this residential high rise. The building features amenities such as an executive business center, private fitness room, concierge, and enclosed parking.
In line with the owner’s goals for the project, the building contains 20% affordable-rate units.
Particularly challenging was the building’s frontage at four different street levels–bordered by a recessed expressway, a raised bridge, and two streets which each change elevation from end to end, the building’s podium was designed to accommodate entry from the appropriate streets and create a bridge linking the parking deck to the most logical street for vehicular entry.
