For a rare multifamily entry into the well-established, upscale suburb of Barrington, Illinois, the design approach for 101 West’s interiors was to blend modern industrial elements with traditional details to give a nod to the neighborhood’s early foundry and warehouse buildings. The resulting shared spaces have a feeling of luxury with touches that would be appropriate in any contemporary home in the area.
