Steve McFadden

As a principal at FitzGerald, Steve frequently draws upon his rich experience as an architect to perform early feasibility studies for building projects. He expertly helps clients overcome obstacles and addresses challenges by drawing on his three-decades of experience.

His project teams consistently deliver excellent solutions on time and on budget. Steve has been the Project Designer on several of the firm’s most significant mixed-use developments including 727 West Madison, Artisan | Circle Square, Arkadia, Milieu and North+Vine . He recognizes the importance of staying true to basic concepts and tenets while helping clients consider quality and the bottom line.

Prior to working at FitzGerald, he was a senior associate at a leading firm in Boston. Many of his projects have been recognized for both their design and construction excellence.
