Lauren Wiatrek

Lauren Wiatrek has played an integral role on several of FitzGerald’s project teams, especially in the affordable housing and market-rate residential sectors. She has experience with single-building and multi-building campuses undergoing value-add rehabilitations to elevate the resident experience, marketability, and asset value.

Prior to joining FitzGerald, Lauren worked as a Project Manager at Nevin Hedlund Architects where she worked on a variety of projects, including some at the Shedd Aquarium and Loyola University.
