In 2022, made a goal to give back to more charity efforts than ever before and succeeded with a record year of fulfilling eleven events in twelve months and we hope to continue this momentum into 2023. We are passionate about giving back and helping our communities where we can.
A few highlights of the year included utilizing our architectural, interior design, and sustainability expertise to aid in a student’s learning—when we hosted Delilah, a Marwen Art @ Work Intern, for five weeks—and lending our construction and labor skills to two valuable efforts: in the summer we helped Habitat for Humanity in their effort of building decent and affordable homes for families in Greater Grand Crossing and in the fall we helped I-NOMA’S Design Build in their effort of revitalizing a space, designed by youth, to be a student success center for all within the Little Village community.
