Construction Begins on Artis Senior Living Lakeview

Construction will begin soon on Artis Senior Living’s 136-unit senior housing development at 3535 North Ashland in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. The community will contain 40 Assisted Living residences and 96 Memory Care residences as well as surface parking for 36 vehicles.

The building, which is the company’s first in an urban setting, will also include management offices, a physical rehabilitation space, family rooms, dining rooms, a commercial kitchen, community center, health center, laundry facilities and other service spaces.
