3Eleven Tops Out in River North

Members of the development, design, and construction teams gathered earlier this month to celebrate the topping-off of 3Eleven, the 25-story, 245-unit luxury apartment building in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Hitting its final height of 281 feet is a significant milestone in the construction process, which is expected to be complete by Q1 of 2018.

The building will include 3,000 square feet of retail space and will offer residents several amenities, including nearly 200 stalls of bicycle storage, smart package handling, and a rooftop lounge with fitness center and outdoor spaces featuring hammocks, fire pits, grills, dining areas, and a swimming pool.
