FitzGerald Hosts Workshop with James Salmon, IPD Expert

On June 20th, FitzGerald hosted a workshop by James L. Salmon, Esq., the President of Collaborative Construction, LLC. He presented to a group of contractors, attorneys, architects, and building owners on how a successful project delivery plan with BIM & IPD can reduce costs while improving both the project schedule and quality. The session concluded with a terrific Q&A that generated stimulating, frank discussion on the state of contracts in our industry, concerns over a new approach, and where the group saw the greatest chance for productive change.
