FitzGerald Associates Architects Begins Work on Rehabilitation of West Suburban Hotel

FitzGerald will provide architectural services to SB Yen Management Group for the rehabilitation of the existing 120-room Comfort Inn hotel in west suburban Downers Grove. FitzGerald’s work will focus on interior improvements in the lobby and common areas as well as exterior envelope repairs and remodeling of the hotel entry as part of an overall improvement plan for the property.
