FitzGerald Associates Designs for Cici’s Pizza, Tie Bar, Dupage Children’s Museum

FitzGerald has been retained by Cici’s Pizza, Tie Bar and the DuPage Children’s Museum to perform architectural services for retail-buildouts and, in the case of the DuPage Children’s Museum, an expansion of their current facilities.
Cici’s Pizza – Naperville, IL, 4500 square foot interior build-out for a 185-patron capacity restaurant with with kitchen, buffet area, dining room and game room
Tie Bar – Naperville, IL; 10,000 square foot facility tenant build-out within an existing building; office and warehouse spaces; corporate headquarters for internet-based retailer.
DuPage Children’s Museum – through an ongoing relationship with the Museum, FitzGerald Associates has been asked to perform architectural services for the addition of a café. Space will include commercial kitchen, expansion of existing dining area and relocation of vending area.
