FitzGerald Associates Retained to Provide Risk Management Assessment for Financial Institutions

FitzGerald Associates Architects provides risk management assessment and construction monitoring services for several national financial institutions.
During the Construction Administration phase, FitzGerald Associates can perform periodic walk-through observations of a project, change order audits and payment application oversight to ensure a project is progressing at the pace, quality and intent expected by a lender.
FitzGerald has performed these services at several sites including:
• The LEED-Silver adaptive reuse of the historic Radio Flyer manufacturing plant into commercial space for a design firm and model shop;
• A mixed-use building in Chicago’s West Loop including four residences above ground floor commercial spaces;
• The renovation of an existing four-story, 35 unit apartment building in Lakeview; and
