Iraq Hotel

FitzGerald has completed the feasibility study for a hotel in the north of Iraq, near the Turkish border and nestled against a mountain range that overlooks the ancient village of Amedi.
The T-shaped site is 4,633 m2 (almost 50,000 sf) and drops more than 100’. The proposal is for a hotel tower of 174 rooms with parking and a 12,000 sf banquet hall, restaurant, swimming pool and sun deck all of which “spill” down the hillside.
