Eco.Logic represents highly contemporary style that includes 10’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and tinted-glass balcony railings. Each unit includes a large balcony, many with open views of the downtown skyline. The building also houses a fitness center and secure parking. Deluxe terrace units, located on the second floor, also include extremely large outdoor private spaces.
Eco.Logic utilizes many sustainable features to provide a stylish structure that is also highly responsible. The building features a wide variety of eco-friendly features including a green roof complete with wind turbines that will provide the building with up to 2% of its overall power consumption, reducing the site’s demand on the power grid substantially.
The building envelope was also designed with only the most efficient low-E windows and highly-insulated concrete walls, allowing for a greater retention of internal temperature to further reduce energy usage. In addition to water-efficient fixtures and landscaping, the building is designed to minimize storm water runoff and waste water output.. Building materials were specified as both rapidly-renewable, such as bamboo flooring, as well as utilizing regional sources and over 20% recycled materials.
