This project began with the client's desire to remodel an existing 1970 Holiday Inn Hotel concurrent with the goal of repositioning the property to a higher-market Crowne Plaza Hotel. The existing structure consisted of the 186-room hotel with meeting and banquet room facilities, a restaurant and lounge, and an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center surrounded by surface parking.
