Four FitzGerald Associates Projects Recognized with HBAGC Awards
Chicago, Ill. (October 5, 2007) - The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago has recognized four projects by FitzGerald Associates Architects for outstanding architectural design. Jazz on the Boulevard, a low-rise residential development at Drexel and East 43rd Street, won the prestigious Crystal Key Award for Innovation & Creativity in Architecture. 740 Fulton, a loft-style highrise in the west loop, was awarded both Gold and Silver Key Awards. The Residences at the Vic and the University Village East (Ivy Hall) Single Family Homes won Silver Key and Bronze Key Awards respectively.

The four awards join eleven other Key Awards given to FitzGerald Associates since 1997.
