FitzGerald Architect and Project Architect Earn Illinois Architecture Licenses
Chicago, Ill. (July 28, 2008) - Min Hu, 30, and Yun Tong, 35, both of Chicago, have successfully earned their licenses as professional architects in the State of Illinois. Hu is an Architect/Planner with the firm, and Tong is a Project Architect/Planner.

Hu began working for FitzGerald Associates Architects in 2006. She earned her Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and her degree in Architecture from China’s Tsinghua Unviersity. Since joining the firm, she has been involved in several residential projects including 2100 South Indiana, 2020 South Indiana, Avalon South Clark, 14th & Union, Motor Row, and Oakwood Shores Phase II.
Tong joined FitzGerald Associates Architects in 2002 with a Master of Urban Design degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. After receiving her Bachelor of Architecture from Tainjin University in China, Yun held positions in Beijing, China and Tokyo, Japan. Her previous work experience includes residential, educational and hospitality projects as well as mixed-use urban redevelopment concept designs. Since joining the firm, she has been involved in crafting schematic design presentations, residential and commercial developments, and multi-use master planning projects.
